- If it is a HerMiles exchange, the platform transfers the HerMiles from the guest's balance to the host's balance at this point.
- Both members receive a confirmation email with the exchange summary.
Do not skip this step — unrecorded exchanges are not covered by the platform's guarantee or emergency support.
