THE FIRST HOUSE WE RESTORED The first house we rebuilt in our little “village” remains one of the most special. Every detail here holds a memory: the traditional wooden dish cabinet, the handmade rag rug, the wool blanket made by our grandmother, and treasured pieces restored with time, care, and love. The open fireplace beside the bed turns chilly nights into moments of pure coziness. The fully equipped kitchenette makes it easy to prepare simple meals at your own pace, while outside, there is space to take a deep breath, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Perfect for couples, with or without children. On the ground floor, you’ll find a queen-size bed; the mezzanine features a double bed, ideal for children. There are beautiful places to stay. We are next to the Historic Villages of Monsanto or Sortelha, and just a hop away from Serra da Estrela or the most beautiful Villages of Spain.
