My home is a small and peaceful studio apartment near the sea, perfect for a woman looking for comfort, calm, and a cozy atmosphere. The bedroom is spacious and has a comfortable double bed with a firm mattress that is great for the back while still feeling soft and cozy. The room is very quiet and relaxing. I also have a beautiful marble desk with plenty of natural light from the window, which is ideal for studying or working remotely. There are several closets and storage spaces for personal belongings. If we get to know each other well and feel comfortable, I’m also open to sharing some clothes. The kitchen is simple but fully functional, with a gas stove, a separate oven, a refrigerator, and a sink for washing dishes. In front of the apartment there is a small little garden where I keep my plants, which makes the space feel even more peaceful and alive. The location is one of the best parts. In only one or two minutes walking, you are at the beach. Across the street there is a large public square with a playground, places to eat pastel, drink fresh juice, eat fruit, or even have a beer in front of the ocean. There are also artisan shops, parking spaces, tennis courts, and places to play football. It’s a lovely place for young people, adults, and children alike — simple, warm, safe, and very close to nature and the sea.
What you will love about this neighborhoodThe neighborhood is very peaceful, friendly, and convenient. At the end of the street, on the corner, there is two small grocery stores and a bakery. On the other corner, near the square and playground, there is a gas station. Next to the house there is a small convenience bar, and one of the neighbors sells homemade snacks and ice. There is also a local health clinic nearby. The area feels safe, calm, and welcoming. In only about five minutes by bicycle, you can reach the supermarket and the city center, where there is a local street market, Banco do Brasil, other banks, and the historic center of the town. Everything is very close because the city is small, charming, pleasant, and popular with tourists.
