What you will love about this neighborhoodI live on a street without exit so it is a really quiet and safe place. We are 5 minutes walking from the lake and a place with playground for kids and gymnastic stuff for adults. There is a viewpoint and also a bar. There is some other nice places to have breakfast, lunch and dinner and a place for hawaian canoa practice. We are 5 minutes from downtown with a car, 10 minutes with bike and 20 minutes walking. Free buses are passing every 30 minutes more or less.
