My house is 100m from the sea of Cordeirinho beach in Maricá in Rio de Janeiro. We have a pool, barbecue, wi-fi and television. The neighborhood is very quiet, but less than 20 minutes by car, is the center of Ponta Negra, with restaurants and local shops.
What you will love about this neighborhoodThe neighborhood is quiet and the beach too, it usually gets busier in the high vacation season. But, even so, it tends to be a reserved and clean beach.
